AI estimates are built from generalized patterns. They can’t reliably account for the details that matter most in a Dobbs Ferry fatality claim, such as:
- Who had the duty of care at the moment of impact or incident (driver, property owner, employer, contractor, medical provider)
- Whether a crash involved commuting traffic and how that affects speed, visibility, and foreseeability
- Pedestrian and crosswalk realities—including lighting, signage, timing of signals, and witness ability to observe
- What New York evidence rules and procedure require to support causation and damages
- How quickly key materials are preserved (dashcam/video, surveillance, incident reports)
In other words: the “estimate” might feel helpful, but it often can’t reflect the evidentiary gaps that insurers will attack—or the documentation that a lawyer will know to secure early.
