Many AI tools assume the case facts will behave like a typical template. Sartell cases often don’t.
For example, fatal incidents involving:
- commuting routes and high-speed traffic,
- snow/ice conditions during Minnesota winters,
- workplace environments common to the region,
- or multi-party scenarios (more than one driver, contractor, or business involved)
can change the liability story quickly. A calculator can’t review crash reports, maintenance records, witness credibility, or how Minnesota juries often weigh disputed fault. That means an estimate may be too optimistic—or too low—depending on what the evidence ultimately shows.
