AI tools typically ask for a few details (age, relationship, incident type, and losses) and then generate a “range.” That can be helpful for organizing your thoughts.
Still, a calculator can’t:
- review police reports, medical records, and witness statements
- evaluate whether a driver, employer, or provider breached a duty under Michigan standards
- account for disputed fault (or multiple responsible parties)
- predict how an insurer will weigh litigation risk
In other words, the tool may estimate potential recovery, but it can’t assess whether your situation is provable—or how provability affects settlement leverage.
