Most AI tools work like a rough scoring system. They ask for a few details (age, relationship, expenses, income) and then spit out an assumed range.
In real Boone cases, the outcomes can swing dramatically because of issues like:
- Crash and causation complexity (especially when fault is disputed or reports conflict)
- Insurance coverage posture (what policies apply, what limits exist, and how adjusters frame responsibility)
- Proof gaps (missing scene evidence, incomplete medical timelines, or unclear witness accounts)
An estimate can’t review police reports, medical records, employment history, or the communications that often shape settlement offers. It also can’t evaluate how a defense will attack liability or causation.
