Many AI tools work from generalized inputs. They may ask about age, income, and the type of incident. But wrongful death claims in Cassia County (and throughout Idaho) still come down to three things the software can’t reliably measure:
- What evidence actually exists (incident reports, witness statements, medical timelines, photos, vehicle data)
- How fault is likely to be argued (including whether the defense claims another cause)
- How damages are supported with records—not assumptions
In practice, that means two families can enter the same details into a calculator and get different “ranges,” even when the legal outcome would depend on what documentation is available and how the case is presented to insurers.
