Milton’s mix of suburban roads, high-traffic commuting routes, and frequent construction zones means many fatal crashes and incidents involve complex questions—like speed, lane changes, distracted driving, roadway conditions, maintenance, or worksite safety.
An AI “calculator” typically can’t account for issues that commonly decide value in real cases, such as:
- Which party was actually responsible (and what evidence supports that)
- Whether the death was caused by the incident versus complications from other conditions
- How insurance coverage applies (including disputes over policy terms)
- What documentation exists now—and what may be missing
So while an estimate can be a starting point, it may be based on generic assumptions that don’t match the realities of a Georgia case.
