Coral Gables has a dense mix of drivers, pedestrians, cyclists, visitors, and delivery traffic. That environment can create complex liability questions—especially when multiple parties are involved or when fault is disputed.
Most AI tools build a “range” by using general inputs (age, income, incident type). What they usually can’t do is:
- account for Florida-style causation disputes (what actually caused the death versus what happened after)
- weigh local evidence realities, such as what footage is available from nearby businesses or traffic systems—and what may be overwritten or lost
- adjust for comparative fault arguments that often appear in serious crash claims
In other words, the number an AI generates can feel informative, but it can’t replace the work of reviewing reports, identifying responsible parties, and evaluating damages under the facts that exist.
