AI tools typically work by asking for a few basic facts and then generating a broad “range.” That may sound useful, but it can miss what matters most in local claims:
- Florida fault disputes in traffic cases (driver behavior, speed, lane control, impairment, and witness credibility)
- Comparative negligence arguments that can reduce recovery when defense claims the decedent contributed to the incident
- Insurance coverage realities (who the policyholder is, what’s covered, and whether multiple defendants are involved)
- Causation questions, such as whether the defendant’s conduct triggered the fatal outcome or whether intervening factors are alleged
In other words, the number an AI produces rarely reflects the strength of the police report, video or electronic data, medical timelines, or the defense’s litigation posture.
