Online tools generally work from simplified inputs. In real wrongful death matters, however, outcomes are shaped by details that aren’t easily captured in a form—like:
- Traffic patterns and roadway conditions affecting crash causation
- Multiple-party involvement (drivers, property owners, contractors, or employers)
- Evidence that depends on timing, such as surveillance footage from nearby businesses or data from vehicles
- Florida notice and claims processes, including how insurers respond
If an AI tool can’t “see” what the police report says, what witnesses observed, or whether video exists, it can’t reliably reflect the settlement reality.
