Online tools usually work like this: they take a few inputs (age, injury type, relationship) and generate a generic range. That may feel helpful, but it rarely captures the details that decide liability and damages—especially in cases that involve:
- Roadway collisions and high-speed intersections where fault can be heavily disputed
- Truck and commercial vehicle incidents common on routes that connect to surrounding communities
- Tourist/visitor driving patterns, including unfamiliar roads, rental vehicles, and limited witness familiarity
- Causation issues (for example, disagreements about what injuries led to death)
An AI tool can’t review crash reports, preserve evidence, reconcile conflicting accounts, or analyze how Arizona courts and insurance carriers actually evaluate risk.
