AI tools typically work by taking a few inputs—age, relationship, medical bills, and general case type—and producing a broad range. That can feel helpful when you’re overwhelmed. However, local case outcomes often hinge on details an AI prompt can’t see or evaluate, such as:
- Who had the duty of care in a specific El Mirage scenario (driver, property owner, employer, contractor, or medical provider)
- Whether the fatal injury was caused by the incident or by a later complication with competing causes
- Whether fault is disputed based on Arizona accident documentation and witness accounts
- Whether insurance policy limits and coverage issues are likely to affect settlement leverage
In other words, an online calculator may tell you what “sometimes” happens. It can’t tell you what will happen in your case.
