Most AI estimate tools are built to model “typical” outcomes using the information you type in. In real Moody cases—particularly those involving high-speed travel, intersection conflicts, distracted driving, or commercial vehicle activity—the details that drive value are often the details the tool can’t see.
A calculator may not account for:
- What Alabama law requires to establish fault and causation in a fatal claim
- Whether investigators can tie the defendant’s conduct to the death with credible evidence
- How insurance adjusters evaluate litigation risk (not just losses)
- Whether there are gaps in records—common when incidents involve multiple agencies or rapid hospital transfers
So while an estimate may help you ask better questions, it can also lull families into anchoring too early—before the case facts are organized.
