Most AI-based tools try to translate your inputs—like injury type, date of injury, treatment history, and work impact—into a general settlement range.
That can be helpful if you’re trying to understand, at a high level, why cases with similar injuries sometimes resolve differently.
However, calculators typically can’t see the evidence carriers rely on in Wyoming workers’ compensation, including:
- the actual medical findings and consistency of follow-up visits
- the specificity of work restrictions from your treating provider
- whether the claim file supports the incident narrative your employer provided
- the procedural stage of your claim (what has been accepted, what’s disputed, and what deadlines are approaching)
In other words: the tool may generate a range, but it won’t know what your insurer is likely to argue in a Wyoming file.
