Many AI tools generate a range based on the answers you type in—injury type, body part, whether you missed work, and treatment history. That can produce an “instant” estimate.
The problem is that De Pere claim files still depend on evidence that’s not captured well by questionnaires, such as:
- How early you reported symptoms and how consistently they were documented
- Whether treating providers stated work restrictions in a clear, usable way
- Whether your wage loss aligns with the actual payroll records and benefit history
- Whether the insurer disputes causation or argues your condition was preexisting or unrelated
If any of those pieces are missing or unclear in your case, an AI output may look reasonable while still being far off from what the claim can support.
