AI tools can be helpful as a starting point, but they often assume every claim follows the same pattern. Pullman cases frequently differ because the evidence tends to be shaped by real-world factors like:
- How quickly you were able to get follow-up care (delays can be interpreted as the injury being less severe)
- Whether your job duties are physically demanding (common in industrial, construction, and service roles around the area)
- Whether your work restrictions are documented clearly by your provider (vague restrictions are easier for insurers to narrow)
- How wage loss is evidenced when shifts vary or overtime isn’t steady
AI can’t reliably assess those nuances from a few inputs. It also can’t predict how Washington insurers will evaluate whether symptoms are consistent with the workplace incident.
