AI tools typically take the details you enter—like the body part injured, date of injury, treatment history, and whether you missed time from work—and then produce a range based on patterns.
That can feel reassuring when you’re dealing with missed paychecks, ongoing symptoms, and uncertainty about what comes next.
However, the biggest problem is that an AI estimate can’t do what Washington insurers and examiners do:
- Review the actual medical record for consistency and impairment findings
- Evaluate whether your restrictions match the work you really performed
- Account for gaps created by scheduling, delays in care, or conflicting documentation
- Predict how the insurer will frame disputes under Washington claim procedures
In other words: AI can offer a starting point, but it can’t see the evidence your claim will be judged on.
