Many AI tools work by comparing your inputs to patterns from other cases. That can feel helpful—until you realize the tool can’t fully account for the details that matter in your file, such as:
- How quickly the injury was reported and whether the story stayed consistent as treatment progressed.
- Whether your restrictions match what your doctor actually wrote (and whether those restrictions are specific enough for the job you performed).
- Whether the insurer challenges the cause—for example, when symptoms appear after a shift, during a commute-related routine, or after a gap in treatment.
- How wage loss is documented for your employer’s payroll practices, including shift changes, seasonal workloads, or overtime variability.
In other words: an AI calculator might give a number range, but it can’t “read” your evidence the way Virginia adjusters and evaluators do.
