Most AI tools work like a shortcut: they take your answers (injury type, body part, treatment dates, time missed) and compare them to patterns. That can feel helpful—but it often breaks down when your case has the kinds of details insurers focus on.
In Texas workers’ comp, disputes frequently turn on things like:
- Whether the medical record matches the work restrictions you reported (and whether those restrictions were documented after each follow-up)
- Whether your treatment timeline is consistent with the mechanism of injury described to the employer and insurer
- Whether wage loss is supported by payroll records and the periods you were actually unable to perform your job
- Whether you reached maximum medical improvement (MMI) and how impairment is characterized
A tool may output a range, but it can’t validate your timeline against the records an adjuster will request or the questions that get asked during evaluation.
