AI tools can be useful when you need a starting point—especially if you’re trying to understand what categories lawyers and adjusters tend to focus on.
Typically, an AI workers’ comp estimate uses limited inputs such as:
- the body part and diagnosis you enter
- the date you report the injury
- whether you missed work
- the treatment path you describe
- your stated limitations
The catch is that AI doesn’t have access to the documents that matter most in a Texas claim: the actual medical record narrative, the work restriction language from your doctor, wage evidence, and the procedural posture of your case (accepted vs. disputed, contested issues, and what’s been scheduled).
Think of AI as a “rough map,” not a valuation.
