An AI tool can only work with what you type in. It can’t review:
- your complete medical timeline (including follow-ups and consistency)
- the specific functional restrictions written by your treating provider
- whether imaging and exam findings line up with your claimed limitations
- how the claim is being handled procedurally in South Carolina (accepted, contested, or modified)
In real Hanahan cases, insurers often focus on whether the file supports the story they’re told—especially when there’s a gap between the injury report, treatment, and the restrictions you need to perform your job.
Bottom line: treat any AI settlement range as a placeholder—not a prediction.
