AI tools are built for speed. You enter a few inputs—like the body part injured, the date of injury, and how long you missed work—and you get a range.
For many Galion workers, that instant range is appealing because life is already moving fast:
- You may be trying to manage bills while still dealing with appointments.
- Your employer and adjuster may ask questions early.
- Your job may require physical tasks that flare symptoms when you “push through.”
But the biggest problem with AI estimates is that they don’t see the evidence that controls outcomes in Ohio workers’ compensation disputes: the medical timeline, the wording of restrictions, and whether the insurer believes the injury is work-related.
