In the Miami Valley region, many workplace injuries involve facts that must be documented quickly—shift start/end times, incident reports, witness availability, and early medical notes. An AI calculator can’t measure how your file will be perceived when:
- your employer reports the incident differently than you remember,
- treatment starts after a delay due to scheduling or transportation issues,
- your job duties change between the time of injury and when restrictions are written,
- you’re asked to return to work while your limitations are still developing.
The issue isn’t that AI is “wrong” by definition—it’s that the tool can’t see the evidence insurers rely on in Ohio workers’ compensation disputes, or the credibility concerns that arise when timelines are messy.
