Many AI settlement tools work by pattern-matching the details you enter (injury type, missed work, treatment history) against generalized examples. That can be helpful if you’re trying to understand what categories might matter.
What those tools usually can’t do well is predict how your claim will be treated under North Dakota’s process when issues come up, such as:
- Whether the insurer accepts the injury timeline (especially when reporting happens after symptoms increase)
- How your medical provider frames work restrictions (and whether restrictions are consistent over time)
- Whether wage-loss evidence is complete for the periods you missed
- Whether your case reaches the right medical milestones before value is negotiated
In other words: an AI estimate may be a starting point, but it’s not a substitute for a review of your file—what’s documented, what’s missing, and what the insurer is likely to argue.
