Asheville’s workforce includes restaurants, hospitality and tourism support, healthcare, manufacturing, and construction—plus plenty of jobs where duties change seasonally. Those real-world differences matter.
AI tools generally take the information you type in (injury type, body part, treatment, time away from work) and match it to patterns from other claims. But they can’t reliably account for:
- How your restrictions are documented (for example, whether your provider gives clear work limitations tied to specific tasks)
- Whether your claim will be challenged on causation (in North Carolina, insurers often focus on whether the work incident actually caused the condition)
- Local claim timing factors, like whether you’re missing records, whether treatment pauses, or whether the insurer requests additional evaluations
In short: two people with the same diagnosis can end up with very different outcomes depending on documentation and disputes.
