- whether the incident description is consistent with employer reporting and any contemporaneous notes
- how Massachusetts disputes play out when causation, extent of disability, or medical stability is contested
So even if a tool produces a “range,” it may be assuming a smoother timeline than the one your insurer will argue exists.
