Most AI workers’ comp settlement calculator results are built on generalized patterns: injury type, time missed, and rough relationships between treatment and settlement ranges.
The problem is that Kansas claims often turn on details an AI tool can’t reliably see, such as:
- Whether your medical records clearly support work restrictions (and how specific those restrictions are)
- Whether the insurer views your treatment as reasonable, necessary, and tied to the work event
- How your wage loss is documented (including whether the record reflects your real earning patterns)
- Whether there’s a timeline gap—like delayed reporting, missed appointments, or inconsistent symptom descriptions
An online tool may produce a number that looks “reasonable,” but it can’t evaluate the evidence that decides whether a claim settles at a higher or lower value.
