Local work patterns can make your claim look one way on paper and another way in real life.
For example, many employers in the area rely on:
- shift-based schedules (where missed time and partial restrictions are harder to track),
- physically demanding roles (where limitations may affect your entire department, not just one task), and
- fast return-to-work expectations (where gaps in treatment records can become a dispute point).
AI tools generally can’t see the evidence your claim will be judged on—like whether restrictions are consistently documented, whether your symptoms track the injury timeline, or whether your wage-loss period is supported by payroll records.
In other words, the estimate might be “reasonable,” but it may be based on assumptions that don’t fit how Indiana workers’ compensation is handled in practice.
