AI tools can’t review the documents that usually decide outcomes in Indiana workers’ compensation matters. That means they miss things like:
- How your treating provider described work restrictions (and whether those restrictions are specific enough to matter)
- Whether your medical records match what you reported about the incident
- Whether the insurer treats the injury as temporary vs. permanent impairment
- Whether the claim has disputes (for example, about causation, timing, or the extent of disability)
In practice, two people can enter similar injury keywords into an AI tool and still end up with very different results—because the insurer’s evaluation hinges on the written record, not the injury label.
