AI tools typically work by taking your inputs—injury type, date of injury, body part, treatment history, and work impact—and mapping them to generalized “similar cases.” The problem is that workers’ comp in Indiana isn’t decided by a generic pattern.
In real claims, insurers tend to scrutinize:
- whether the timeline is consistent (when symptoms began vs. when they were reported)
- whether treating notes match your functional limits
- whether wage loss is supported by payroll records and claim documentation
- whether the insurer contests causation or the seriousness of impairment
An AI estimate can’t review your medical record like an attorney can, and it can’t predict how an adjuster will frame disputes when they believe the file is incomplete or inconsistent.
