In smaller, fast-moving communities, workers often report that insurers and employers focus early on whether the injury story matches the paperwork. That can be especially true when:
- Your symptoms changed after the fact (common with back, shoulder, and knee injuries)
- You returned to modified duties before your doctor documented clear restrictions
- Your work duties involve irregular schedules—overtime, rotating shifts, or seasonal demands
- The incident wasn’t witnessed, or the incident report has gaps
AI tools can’t verify whether your timeline “fits” the evidence. They don’t know what your incident report says, what your medical provider actually wrote, or whether wage loss is supported by the records the insurer will request.
Bottom line: treat any AI number as a starting point for gathering the right documents—not as a prediction of what Idaho will pay.
