Fairfield employers and insurers often move efficiently once a claim is filed—sometimes offering early resolution language, sometimes asking for documents quickly, and often encouraging injured workers to “be reasonable” about value.
An AI calculator can clash with that reality because it can’t reliably account for:
- California-specific claim handling patterns (including how disputes are framed and documented)
- The exact medical record—not just the injury name
- Whether your treating provider’s restrictions match your actual job demands
- Whether your claim is accepted, delayed, or contested
In other words, an AI output may look like a range, but it’s usually built on assumptions that don’t reflect the file your adjuster is using.
