Most online tools (including AI-style calculators) work like a worksheet. They may approximate a range based on inputs such as:
- injury type and severity
- treatment duration
- medical costs and wage loss
- and sometimes non-economic damages
What they can do well:
- help you organize what to document (medical care, receipts, work impact)
- give a rough sense of what claims often include
- flag missing information you’ll need for an actual demand
What they cannot know:
- whether the insurer will contest fault
- whether maintenance/driver records support your version of events
- how Wyoming courts and adjusters treat causation disputes
- whether your medical documentation holds up under scrutiny
In other words, a calculator can be a starting point—but it shouldn’t be treated as a settlement promise.
