Online tools often assume a straightforward crash and a simple injury timeline. Casper cases can be different. Depending on where and how the collision happened, adjusters may scrutinize things like:
- Road conditions (ice, snow, wind-driven visibility problems) and whether they were documented at the scene
- Travel patterns around town and on surrounding routes, including sudden braking in mixed traffic
- Timing of treatment—how quickly you were evaluated after the crash, and how consistently you followed up
- Multiple potential responsible parties, such as the driver, the trucking company, maintenance contractors, or equipment-related entities
That’s why a calculator can be a starting point—but it can’t replace evidence review.
