AI tools can be helpful for understanding categories of losses (medical care, lost income, and other impacts). What they can’t do is evaluate the evidence that matters most in a real truck claim, such as:
- Which vehicle was at fault when multiple parties are involved (driver, carrier, maintenance contractor)
- Whether your injuries match the crash timeline and documentation
- How Wisconsin insurers interpret causation when symptoms change over time
- The strength of recorded proof—like dash footage, nearby surveillance, or witness statements
In other words, an AI estimate may suggest a range, but it can’t replace the work of building a claim that holds up under investigation.
