Most AI tools work by asking you to enter information about the crash and your injuries. Then they produce a rough range—usually based on typical injury costs, lost income assumptions, and general non-economic damages.
What these tools typically can’t account for:
- Northern Virginia-specific evidence gaps (for example, when there’s no clear traffic-camera footage, or witnesses are hard to contact after the incident)
- Causation disputes that show up in insurance claims when symptoms don’t begin immediately
- Trucking-company defenses that rely on records like driver logs, maintenance histories, and safety policies
- Virginia timelines and procedural pressure, including how quickly insurers try to move cases toward a low early settlement
A calculator may give you a starting point—but it can’t review your medical record history, your crash report, or the trucking paperwork that insurers will use to challenge your claim.
