Most AI calculators work by applying general injury and loss categories (medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering) to the details you enter. That can produce a reasonable range.
But Hampton truck cases often hinge on details that are hard to quantify through a questionnaire alone, such as:
- Whether the crash occurred during commute peaks (when delays, lane changes, and speed differences are common)
- Whether there’s dashcam/video evidence from nearby traffic corridors
- How quickly treatment started after the collision—especially when adrenaline masks symptoms at first
- Whether the insurer argues your injuries were caused by something else (a common dispute when medical documentation is delayed)
A calculator can’t confirm what a claim adjuster will dispute, and it can’t evaluate whether your medical record supports causation in the way Virginia law requires.
