Generic calculators may assume a straightforward crash and a clean evidence trail. But in Palestine—where commutes, industrial traffic, and long stretches of roadway can mean serious speed-and-distance issues—truck cases often involve complications that an AI tool can’t see:
- Liability can be shared between the driver and the trucking operation (and sometimes other parties tied to maintenance or loading).
- Injury proof matters more than the crash headline. Insurers focus on medical timelines, imaging, and consistency.
- Documentation from trucking companies is the battleground. Maintenance logs, driver records, and policies aren’t always available early.
A calculator can’t independently verify what the insurer will claim, what records will support—or what defenses will appear once the trucking company gets involved.
