Most online AI tools work by taking inputs—injury severity, treatment length, and general loss categories—and then producing a rough range. That can feel helpful when you want a number today.
In practice, however, trucking claims are often shaped by issues that a calculator can’t “see,” such as:
- Whether the crash involved hard braking, lane changes, or merging in heavy traffic conditions common in the area.
- Whether the trucking company’s records (maintenance, loading practices, driver compliance) create a stronger fault story than the initial police report suggests.
- Whether your medical records show a consistent connection between the collision and your symptoms over time.
So while an AI estimate can point you toward what might be included, it can’t reliably predict how adjusters in Texas will treat your specific facts.
