AI tools typically work by asking you to describe injuries and losses, then applying generalized assumptions. That can feel helpful, but it often overlooks issues that routinely affect truck claims in our area, such as:
- Delayed discovery of injuries after a crash (especially back, shoulder, concussion, and soft-tissue injuries that show up or worsen after the initial emergency visit)
- Causation disputes—insurers questioning whether symptoms are truly tied to the collision rather than a pre-existing condition
- Multiple responsible parties in commercial crashes (driver, trucking employer, maintenance vendors, or loading/operations contractors)
- Documentation gaps that happen when people don’t keep medical records, work notes, or itemized bills organized
A calculator can’t review the crash report details, driver history, or maintenance logs. Those documents are often the difference between a low offer and a settlement that matches the real impact of the crash.
