Most AI calculators work by taking inputs—injury type, treatment timing, and other losses—and producing a rough range. That can reduce some of the uncertainty after a crash.
But there’s a difference between a number you generate and the number an insurer actually pays. In trucking cases, insurers frequently dispute:
- Whether the truck crash caused your specific symptoms
- Whether the treatment was necessary and timely
- Which party is responsible (driver, trucking company, maintenance provider)
- Whether your medical records are complete enough to support damages
In other words, the tool can’t review your medical timeline, your evidence, or the likely defenses under Pennsylvania law and trucking regulations.
