Plum residents often travel on the regional road network to get to work, school, and appointments. When a crash happens involving a tractor-trailer, box truck, or other commercial vehicle, the “story” is frequently tied to:
- Traffic flow and stopping distance in fast-moving lanes
- Lane changes and merge timing
- Visibility issues (night driving, weather, construction zones)
- Distractions near exits, ramps, and high-traffic intersections
An AI tool may generate a range, but it can’t verify what the truck’s driver did in the seconds before impact, or whether the trucking company’s records support (or undermine) your version of events.
In Pennsylvania, the evidence timeline matters. Scene details, surveillance footage, and trucking logs are not always preserved forever. The sooner you act, the better your chance of aligning your claim value with what can be proven.
