Most AI truck accident calculators use a set of inputs (injury type, treatment duration, lost income) to generate a rough range. That can be useful if you’re overwhelmed and want to understand categories of damages.
But in real claims—especially where a commercial vehicle is involved—settlement value depends on details a calculator can’t reliably access, such as:
- the exact crash narrative reflected in the police report
- whether the trucking company disputes liability
- what the medical records say about causation and symptom progression
- whether surveillance, dashcam, or highway footage exists
- how quickly you received treatment after the wreck
In other words: the tool may estimate “typical” outcomes, but your settlement is driven by proof.
