Online calculators are built for averages. Your case may hinge on evidence that averages don’t capture, such as:
- Where the crash occurred (merge lanes, work zones, and turn lanes can shift liability in Ohio)
- How long it took to get medical care after the collision
- What records exist for treatment, imaging, and follow-up visits
- Whether the trucking company’s paperwork (logs, maintenance history, inspection records) supports or undermines the story
In other words, a tool may estimate damages categories, but it can’t tell you whether your evidence will be persuasive to an Ohio adjuster—or whether the defense will argue your injuries were caused by something else.
