Many AI tools build estimates from broad categories (medical bills, lost income, pain and suffering). That can be helpful—but it’s not the same as valuing a real Ohio case.
In trucking cases, the number that matters is the one supported by proof. A calculator can’t confirm:
- whether the truck company’s records show missed maintenance or unsafe operating conditions
- whether driver hours, logs, or scheduling practices contributed to the collision
- whether your treatment is clearly tied to the crash (and not questioned as pre-existing or unrelated)
- how Ohio insurance adjusters treat gaps in documentation or delayed care
In other words: a tool can guess the shape of a settlement. Your evidence determines the actual outcome.
