Most calculators work by taking inputs—injury type, treatment length, and losses—then producing a projected range. That can be useful for understanding categories like medical expenses and lost income.
But in real Athens truck cases, the biggest swings usually come from things an AI tool can’t truly “see,” such as:
- Whether fault is disputed (common when multiple parties may be involved)
- How consistently your medical records connect your symptoms to the collision
- Whether the truck’s operation and maintenance records align with the crash story
- How Ohio comparative-fault rules could affect the final recovery
In other words, the calculator may estimate damages, but it can’t evaluate whether your evidence will persuade an adjuster—or a jury—about causation and responsibility.
