Most AI tools work by asking for details like injury severity, treatment timeline, lost income, and other losses. They may produce a range that feels useful when you’re anxious and want a “realistic number.”
But AI estimates are only as good as the assumptions behind them. In real North Carolina trucking cases, adjusters often focus on:
- whether the crash actually caused your specific symptoms (not just “you were hurt”)
- whether your medical care was reasonable, necessary, and timely
- whether losses like missed work are supported by records
- whether multiple parties share responsibility (driver, carrier, maintenance, or loading)
A calculator can help you organize categories of damages. It can’t evaluate the strength of the proof behind each category.
