Most AI calculators use the same basic idea: they ask for details about your crash and injuries, then generate an estimated range based on common case patterns. Typically, they factor in:
- Severity and type of injuries (e.g., fractures vs. soft-tissue injury)
- Medical treatment timeline (ER visit, follow-ups, therapy, imaging)
- Economic losses (medical expenses, lost wages)
- Non-economic losses (pain, emotional impact)
Important: the calculator can’t verify the facts of your crash, the credibility of witnesses, or whether your medical issues were caused by this specific collision. In New Jersey, that proof matters.
