AI tools typically generate ranges based on common injury categories and billing totals. That can help you sanity-check expectations. But calculators can’t see what adjusters in practice will focus on, such as:
- whether the crash documentation is complete (and consistent)
- how quickly you got treatment after the incident
- which defendants can actually be held responsible (driver vs. carrier vs. maintenance)
- how Missouri evidence rules and negotiation norms shape what insurers offer
In other words, the tool might estimate “damages categories,” but it can’t confirm whether those categories are supported by the record.
