Most AI-style tools estimate by asking for details like injury severity, treatment duration, and whether you’ve missed work. That can be helpful when you want a rough range and a checklist of what to gather.
But the tool can’t properly evaluate the things that often change outcomes in Missouri trucking cases, such as:
- How fault will be argued when the truck company, driver, and maintenance/inspection practices may be involved.
- Whether your medical records will be viewed as consistent with the crash, especially if symptoms fluctuate.
- How quickly you reported injuries and sought follow-up care—timing can influence credibility.
- Whether your bills and wage loss will be supported with documentation the insurer can’t dismiss.
In other words, an AI number is not the same as a claim that’s ready to negotiate.
