Most AI-style tools work by asking for a few facts and then applying general patterns. That can be useful when you’re overwhelmed and need a starting point.
But in a real truck injury claim, the number depends on things an AI tool can’t verify, such as:
- Whether Minnesota police reports and witness statements align with your medical timeline
- Whether the trucking company’s records (maintenance, logs, training) support or weaken causation
- Whether insurers argue your injuries were pre-existing, delayed, or unrelated
- Whether your treatment in the weeks after the crash matches the severity described in the claim
A calculator may generate a range, but it can’t assess how an adjuster will pressure you to minimize symptoms—or how your documentation will hold up if liability is disputed.
